RESTAURANT, LA FERMATA
The ancient complex of La Bolla, composed of one main house on three levels and a chapel surrounded by a courtyard, after a restyling it has become a luxury resort with few rooms and its own restaurant: La Fermata. The décor is essential, display cabinets have been carved off the wall, without a frame and shelves made of bright glass. In the last ambient there’s a wine cellar, secret and precious. An art installation by Mario Fallini ties each room of the restaurant.
